Along the narrow isthmus bridging the Americas, the wildlife and terrain of two continents meld to form the striking contrast of Panama. Ocean, forest, mountain and jungle set the stage for countless adventures.

- Snorkeling, surfing and more at the beautiful Archipelago Bocas del Toro
- Hiking at Fortuna cloud forest.
- Visit Panama Viejo, site of Spain’s capital in the new world, the fortified Casco Viejo still stands, make for fine exploring among the cobbled streets.
Panama remains relatively undiscovered is just one of the country’s many enticing features, and one that surely won’t last forever
